soy a superfood
Truth about soy is that it both belps your body and it also has some negative affects on your body. There is soy in many of the foods that you eat. Corbin just pointed it out to me today dureing calss. Soy has a high quantity of estrogen. Because of the estrogen in soy it can decrease the size or someones penis, sexual confusion, or homosexuallity. It can also weaken your thyroid. there is also a connection between soy and causing breast cancer in women. As a conclusion i am not really sure that i want to consume high amounts of soy in my diet.

Tommy Weidle, I am interested in althletic activities and having a good time. i am not sure what to think about blogging because i have never done it before. But I think it will be a different experience. I want to play Football, hockey, baseball, but mostly Football. ALso, I really do not want to swim. I am not really sure what we are going to learn in the class part though. My life goals are to go to college, get a good job, and have a family.
